The Market Inventory and Alerts features are being introduced at the Inside Self Storage World Expo service in Las Vegas this week. All current subscribers of Stortrack Online and Online PLUS can access the new tools as part of their subscriptions.
Market Inventory offers self-storage owners and operators the ability to monitor when competitors remove or add units from online availability, enabling owners and operators to make pricing decisions based on the latest market activity. Stortrack users are also able to view historical trends and changes in inventory, at a unit level.
Stortrack Online now also includes an intuitive Alerts feature that enables subscribers to receive notifications when specific pricing or inventory changes happen in their market. The Alerts feature is a flexible tool that enables the user to be very specific about the types of changes they want to be notified about.
